White Knight

White Knight was Born in June of 2011 here on the farm. From the day he was born we knew he was a special animal and we quickly decided to keep him as a breeding bull. He is out of Bold Venture, a half Bison Bull that has been a very large export bull.  White Knight definitely is his father's son. At 27.34375% Bison, he clearly shows many traits inherited from his highly acclaimed father. He is an extremely docile bull and very easy to work with. He was semen collected with about 250 straws, and has been proven to be a very fertile and effective breeding bull through two breeding seasons.  Here is an example of his calves. 

None of these calves have had a creep feeder, they were born in May of 2014 and these pictures were taken early August of 2014.  As you can see, they grow very quickly, and are very good looking calves. 

As you can see in the slideshow to the left here, these are very nice calves and even at such a young age, you can see both Bold Venture, and White Knight clearly showing up in their form and in their body style. All of his calves that have been born are between 60 and 85 pounds, and they grow extremely quickly as you can see from the pictures to the side.
